NASM CPT, CNC, WLS CORE & Mobility Instructor 10+ years experience Strongwoman Competitor since 2022 4th in the World Arnold Pro Amateur 2025 5 State Log Record Holder Hello, my name is Porshia Birdsley and I am 34 years old from a tiny town in Wyoming. I have been married 16 years and have 2 kids & 2 furry friends! Our family loves to hunt, fish & go camping. We all live a life following Jesus each day living a life obedient to His calling in our lives. God has blessed me with a huge desire for health and fitness and helping people in their own journey. I am the Wellness Director at my local Gym and spend the day helping others reach their health and fitness goals and am eager to help all those who the Lord places before me!
